The retreat will be held at Ocean Cliff Hotel—a boutique eco-friendly hotel that is a true sublime slice of beautiful Jamaica. Each day will be filled with activities such as yoga overlooking the Caribbean sea, meditation and mindfulness techniques, journal sessions, expression and using various healing modalities. In the afternoon there is ample free time so that, if you wish, you can relax in the saltwater fed pool, private white sand beach and find plenty of sweet spots to relax. You can choose to snorkel off the cliffs or book a visit to the luxury spa where self-care services may be purchased separately. Evenings include a gourmet community dinner followed by group activities.

Nestled amongst the trees overlooking the ocean, Ocean Cliff offers exquisite luxury accommodations. Beautiful handcrafted stone cottages offer breathtaking ocean views and your very own private balcony. These unique cottages have been lovingly crafted by local artisans using traditional techniques and materials. Each one is completely unique, with its own individual character. Inside, you'll find all the luxurious touches you would expect from a five-star hotel, including sumptuous bedding and a rain shower.

Garden Cottage

Garden Cottages are located on the ground level offering endless views of different species of tropical flora & fauna. Our Seaside Cottages and Oceanfront Villas in Negril offer full ocean views overlooking our Ocean Fed Pool and the Caribbean Sea. These cottages are 581 square feet and furnished with a King-sized bed and a chill Island flair. This suite features a private open-air balcony perfect for sunset gazing. Meals

Ocean Cliff locally-sources and serves organic gourmet meals that are nourishing, and delightfully crafted. All 3 meals are served in the heart of Blue Mahoe, a stunning open air dining room with a view of the gardens and jungle. Daily tea and is provided throughout the day.

Accommodations made for dietary needs, well as vegan/vegetarian menu. We also offer a “floating breakfast” in the ocean fed pool as an add-on option.

Travel and Arrival

What you need:

  • Round trip Airfare to Montego Bay (you will need to book your own flight)

  • Three weeks prior to departure for the retreat you must supply your up-to-date flight information

  • A valid passport is required and must be valid at least six months after the date of travel

  • Print out of hotel itinerary (for immigration at airport arrival)

  • Plan to arrive no later than 5 pm on arrival day to Montego Bay Airport

  • If you plan to arrive prior to the retreat start date, we will provide recommendations for hotels and transportation

  • Positive energy and friendly demeanor

  • Open mind for whatever new experiences may come 

  • Clear out and handle all work obligations prior

  • Remind family and friends you’ll be on this retreat and disconnected

Please Note

Costs associated with passports (required), airfare, flight changes, airline baggage fees for any and all baggage, medical and travel insurance, gratuities, personal services, spa services, and tours/excursions must be met by the participant.

No Refunds for cancellations. There are no exceptions with our cancellation policy due to the contractual commitments we have with our vendors who do not offer refunds or transfer of funds.

Other Things to Expect

Days in Jamaica are warm/hot and evenings are a little cooler, giving you reprieve from the heat. The retreat happens during the dry season, so rain will be minimal. Since we’ll be staying at a hotel with indoor/outdoor elements, expect to be exposed to nature (including winds, geckos, and jungle bugs), as well as the sounds of monkeys and tropical birds when the jungle wakes up.

Kristin Urban-Dias

Kristin Urban-Dias is the owner and founder of Centered Healing LLC located in Milwaukee, WI. Kristin is a light worker who uses music, healing, sound, herbs, earth medicine, and movement in her practice. Kristin’s intuitive healing practices include: Aromatouch Therapy, Reiki Master Teacher, Chakra and Meridian Alignment, Ancestral Healing, Chord Cutting, Energy Clearing, Life Coaching, and Sound Therapy. She is also a Yoga instructor, music teacher and Voice coach. Her mission is to provide safe environments and opportunities for people to heal, connect, grow and midwife their gifts.


Kim Dias

Kim Dias is committed to sustainable eco-friendly practices and grows many of her own high quality organic herbs. She grew up in the Hills of Hanover, Jamaica, and comes from a long line of herbal medicine healers. Her knowledge of natural medicine is rooted deep in her connection to the land and her ancestors. Kim has a passion for empowering others to take charge of their well-being. She also aims to sustain the ancient forms of herbalism to preserve and maintain the deep connection between people and nature.
